N2IHN BIOGRAPHY
Ed began his Amateur Radio career in the early 1980's as Novice, upgrading to Technician and currently holding a General class license. He is active on HF and VHF+ and has been involved with the design and development of repeater systems for over ten years and has recently taken to VHF+ contesting. Ed has been involved in a number of the local Amateur Radio clubs and for a number of years served as the President of OMARC.
Ed is also the Broker/Owner of Shoreview Realty, Inc., an investment property owner and manager for over 16 years and a 15 year member and current Vice-Chairman of the Long Branch City Planning Board. Ed is involved professionally as an Environmental Commissioner, an Esthetics Committee member, a Member of the New Jersey Planning Officials, Court Appointed Rent Receiver, a Monmouth County Association of Realtors Grievance Committee member, a Monmouth County Association of Realtors MLS Committee member, a member of the Monmouth County Association of Realtors Board of Directors, a Member of the Greater Long Branch Chamber of Commerce, Lifetime Member of the Long Branch Historical Association, and a Notary Public.
